I graduated from RGU with my Pharmacy degree in 2022 and become a fully qualified pharmacist in the summer of 2023.
I have worked with Bannerman’s since I was 18 across their branches but mainly work out of Kirkintilloch and Possil Pharmacy now as a relief pharmacist. I am currently undergoing
my foundation pharmacist training and hope to begin my training to become a Prescriber in 2025.
My favourite part of working for Bannerman’s is getting to help and care for various patients in the community and learning new things every day. I also love the teams I work with and building relationships with other healthcare professionals!
Possil Pharmacy Services
Each of our services is fully funded by the NHS. If you require a service that is not listed please phone our head office.
Free Prescription Collection
We can collect your medicines from local GP surgeries and dispense them at one of our pharmacies. Our free text message service will notify you when your prescription is ready to collect.
Free Delivery
If you can’t make it down to the pharmacy we can deliver your medicines free of charge.
24/7 Collection
Some of our branches offer 24/7 collection points. Perfect for patients who can’t make it to the pharmacy during working hours or who prefer quick collection without entering the pharmacy.
Prescribing Service
At our Possil branch, some of our experienced pharmacists are able to prescribe you with any medication for any medical condition through our Prescribing Pharmacist Service. This provides our patients with faster access to the healthcare they need, addresses minor health issues in order to prevent them getting worse, and allows us to monitor any long-term conditions.
