24/7 Prescription Collection
Bannerman’s Pharmacies provide a click and collect prescription service. We collect your prescription directly from your GP surgery and dispense them at your chosen pharmacy. You’ll receive a free text notification when your prescription is ready to collect.
At selected branches, we also offer a 24/7 outdoor collection point. Collect your prescription at any time without entering the pharmacy, no appointment needed and completely anonymous.
NHS Prescription Collection Services in Glasgow
Our prescription collection services require registration with a GP Surgery. If you require a service that is not listed, please get in touch. We also provide an NHS Pharmacy First service, helping those who need prompt medical advice or treatment without the wait for a GP appointment.

Prescriptions are typically available to collect the next day after ordering, but we always recommend waiting until the free text notification comes through. This will confirm when your prescription is ready.
Yes, the Click & Collect prescription service is completely free of charge.
No. At our Kirkintilloch and Possilpark branches, the collection point is located outside the pharmacy. You can pick up your prescription at any time without going inside.
